Join us Saturday, June 25, from 10 - 11 am for a guided meditation with Alice York. This seasonal summer meditation, welcoming beginners and experienced practitioners and everyone in between, will combine breathing, visualization, body awareness, and other modalities to reset and restore both mind and body. The practice will help you destress, release tension, and step into the rest of the day blissfully.
We will be sitting and lying down during the session, so dress comfortably and bring a mat with you!

About Alice York
Alice York (she/her) is a yoga and meditation instructor, writer, and poet, living in Chicago. Cultivating calm, reducing stress through guided breathing, and building strength, mobility, and confidence through movement are the foundations of her teaching. Alice is passionate about making these practices inclusive and accessible to all ages, bodies, and abilities. She is a contributor to the Sun Potion Journal, where you can find her plant-powered dessert recipes, a student of herbalism, and reiki practitioner.
