Description

Meet at the West Peterborough Post Office to begin this tour of the mill village where we will learn about the industries and people that shaped 'The West.' Along the way, we will also discover an Underground Railroad site and discuss its ties to the abolitionist movement in the 1840s and 1850s. Our walking tours are held rain or shine. If thunderstorms are forecasted, the tour will be rescheduled to another date.
