Please join 99 Bottles and Sommelier Josh Voytek for an interactive sake class to expand your knowledge and appreciation of this delightful beverage. Join Certified Sommelier and Certified Sake Specialist Joshua Voytek on an introduction and exploration of sake. Originating from Japan over 1000 years ago, sake is a fascinating beverage brewed from rice and with a wide range of complex flavors and expressions. It can be served both warm and cold and is extremely food friendly as well. Whether you are a complete beginner to the world of sake or have fallen in love with sake and want to learn more about this unique beverage, we have sourced some great new sakes to highlight some of the best of what this beverage can be. There will be one class time available starting out. Class space is limited. Tickets are $30 per person, which includes a 60 minute wine class and samples. You must purchase a ticket for each wine class you would like to attend. *You MUST be 21-years-old or older, and have a valid ID to attend this class. If you purchase a ticket, and are not 21 or older, or have a valid ID you will not be able to participate is the class, and you will NOT receive a refund. Save paper!
