Famous for its architecture and the bravery of its citizens, the rich cuisine of the area doesn't get the exposure, or credit it deserves. Join us for a cooking class in which you will be enveloped in the heady aromas of Rajasthani cuisine. We'll be making: Pyaaz Kachori Mohan Mas Rajasthani Kadi Ram Pulao Shahi Gatte Boondo Raita Balushahi Unlike the standard cooking class format of simply tasting small quantities of the finished dishes, classes at Cheeni end with a full seated dinner at the end of class, along with beverages available for purchase.
