Timothy Roberts will lead a deep dive into drum and cymbal sounds for studio use. This will include drum tuning for specific styles, alternate and layered percussion techniques, and tips for playing in a studio setting. There will be limited ticket availability for the workshop to ensure an intimate experience with opportunities for questions. Learn to hone your sound and create the tones you want for your studio session. Tim is the owner of Reverie Drum Co., Stack Ring Percussion, and Timothy Roberts Cymbals. He has over 15 years of touring and studio experience that he uses in the creation of his instruments. We are so excited for Tim to teach this underestimated skill at Drop of Sun. Following the workshop the studio will be opened up to the public for a drum and cymbal expo and products will be available for purchase. Can't wait to see you there!
