Join our Georgia WAND Mothers Day for Peace (MDFP) fundraiser and awards ceremony on Sunday, June 26, 2022 at the Loudermilk Conference Center in Atlanta, GA from 1 pm- 4 pm. For 25+ years, we are one of the only women led non profit organizations that have advocated for nuclear harm reduction whether it was from nuclear energy or nuclear weapons in our frontline communities. The environmental and social injustices that have arisen from nuclear energy and climate change have been unsurmountable and we’ve shifted our work to include strategies and initiatives to address them. More importantly what we’ve learned is that we couldn’t do ANY of our work without you and we would like to celebrate you, knowing that we're in this together. And it all starts with getting to know one another and reconnecting with old friends! What better way than a seat at the table? We have saved you a seat at our 2022 Georgia WAND MDFP on Sunday, 6/26/2022 -and we’d love to have you there!
