We will be hosting a quick 45 to 60-minute presentation going over: - Start to Finish = what you will go through from pre-approval, all the way through to closing - Will Touch on: - Income Requirements - Debt to Income Ratio (DTI) - Down Payments - Down Payment Assistance (MN Housing) - Benefits to buying investment properties while you rent and debunking myths about it. Afterward, we will be doing a Q&A for everyone followed by a social afterward to talk one on one with each other and with the professionals.
