HIRING for a FULL-TIME Project Manager for Insulation & HVAC Our Services: We do insulation removal and install in the attic and crawlspace of residential homes, HVAC, and rodent exclusions. We service the entire Bay Area and surrounding areas. Manage small crews/ manage your own workload, as well as drive to suppliers and dumpsites as needed during the day. Project time is usually one day to complete. A new job site every day. What we want: Enjoy learning something new and are comfortable with constant change and updates. You are a positive-natured person, self-motivated, and highly driven. Have good judgment and ask great questions. You like being on a "team" to help bring in a project on time and on budget. You take direction well, you welcome when someone will take the time to coach you on a new skill. A valid driver's license is required - no exceptions Work is Monday through Friday, and Sundays if available. Report to the warehouse in North San Jose 7:30AM every workday.
