Our growing home staging business is looking for a hardworking, reliable team player to add to our install crew! We are based in Oakland and primarily serve the Oakland, Berkeley, and Alameda real estate markets. Our ideal candidate would be capable of lifting 50 - 80 lbs as the job requires loading and unloading furniture from our truck into homes that may have tight hallways, steps or elevators. On a typical day we meet at our warehouse to load our truck, then head to the job site to unload and install as directed by our stylists. Other duties include: -Hanging art -Assembling furniture -Steaming bedding and drapes -Light cleaning of homes when install is finished -Organizing our warehouse -Destaging homes once sold -Packing and unpacking delicate items Previous experience is appreciated but not necessary. We will train the right candidate, but special consideration will be given to those with a valid drivers license, experience driving a 16’ box truck, experience hanging art, or experience moving furniture. Work hours are Monday - Friday, typically between 9am and 5:30pm with occasional overtime. This is a full time hourly position starting at $22/hr. Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $22.00 per hour COVID-19 considerations: Masks are required when working with your team in the warehouse and on job sites. Masks and sanitizer are supplied. Due to the nature of the job, we will not consider candidates who are unvaccinated.
