JOB REQUIREMENTS: • Ability to work independently and with co-workers. • Must have reliable vehicle. • Must have smart phone. • Read and interpret English. • Good old fashion hard work ethic. PREFERRED TRADE SKILLS: • Construction Laborer • Traffic Control OTHER CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT: • This position requires the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) based on tasks assigned. • A valid California ID and/or work documents will be required at the time of appointment for employment. • Driving/commuting is expected. JOB DUTIES WILL INCLUDE BUT NOT BE LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING: • Working directly with job-site superintendent and production trades. • Control the flow of traffic entering job-site. • Communicate appropriate parking locations. • Utilize construction laboring tools (i.e. broom, shovel, hammer, etc.) *PLEASE RESPOND WITH NAME, CONTACT INFORMATION AND EXPERIENCE LEVEL*
