WOMAN’S RECOVERY SERVICES is looking for a part-time maintenance person to join our team and help keep our 4 Santa Rosa properties in good shape.
Ideal candidates should demonstrate the following:
Proven experience in general maintenance and building repair.
Basic familiarity with building systems, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc.
Some carpentry skills, painting, irrigation and general building maintenance.
Assist ownership and staff with general building improvement projects and odd jobs.
Perform weekly and seasonal maintenance.
Assist staff to move large pieces of furniture.
Assist with moving and hanging pictures and blinds.
General outdoor maintenance and upkeep around building areas.
Develop and maintain a positive working relationship with owners, staff and clients.
Must have basic tools and supplies.
Part time 12 hours per week.
Hourly pay rate depends on experience and level of responsibility.
