There are numerous changes that occur during the female's lifespan - the body will physically, mentally, and emotionally change during a typical cycle and can even vary from week to week!
Our StrongHER seminar will teach you about how to leverage those hormones during a monthly menstrual cycle, during pregnancy, and through menopause.
We'll help you understand what to focus on each week in and out of the gym to help you get the best results possible, perform better, AND stay safe!
Our seminar is for any female who wants to understand more about how their hormones can influence their health and fitness.
We'll also have local speakers to come in and cover specific topics.
Part One (June 21st) - General overview of the female athlete and her hormones; understanding the menstrual cycle and your body; pregnancy; fitness, training, and nutrition recommendations.
Part Two (June 28th) - Review of Part One; pre-menopausal and menopausal overview with fitness, training, and nutrition recommendations.
