We are looking for Handyman with a strong work ethic, a professional appearance and demeanor, and a good overall knowledge of all trades—from Carpentry, Tiling, Painting, and Drywalling to light Plumbing and Electrical You must also display excellent customer service skills, including solid communication and interpersonal abilities, and the ability to interact in a positive way with a wide variety of different types of clients, as well as fellow employees, management, and office personnel Qualifications: • 3 years’ experience minimum • Demonstrate a neat, clean and maintenance standards • Willingness to pitch in and work in areas other than repairs and maintenance, i.e. gardening, painting, etc • Physical aspects of the job may require heavy lifting, bending, kneeling, stooping, climbing, balancing, and carrying • Possession of basic tools needed to perform routine maintenance tasks • must have Own transportation • Bilingual preferably $15-$17 per hour depending on experience
