Hi, I am looking to move to the Northern Everett area and am looking for a roommate -- preferably female -- that is in a similar phase of life as me. I am currently a 23 y/o female, very laid back, clean and easy to get along with. I recently graduated from NAU in Flagstaff, Arizona. I am currently a server. I plan on getting another serving job once out there. I am looking to get a 2 bedroom, I am hoping to spend about $2000 -- so $1000 a piece; give or take. I am looking to start a lease around September 1st -- I have a dog, he is a beagle/corgi mix; is very sweet and quiet. Has lived with other dogs, big and small, so he gets along with other animals. I have a list of apartments that fall within my criteria, but am open to other suggestions. Message me if you have any questions or are also looking for a roommate
