need to recoup my losses because the state labeled me a felon

The resent Washington Supreme court ruling: State of Washington v. Blake, allows me to recoup my LFO. What about my 240 hours of community service? that involved buying and having raw logs delivered to my property that I cut, split and delivered to the S'kallam tribal elders? what about the jobs I was over qualified for that I could no longer get? forcing me to work for my self? What about the broken family I could no longer support? I think there is a class-action suit here or just take mine.
