NEW BERLIN, WI — Part of Observatory Road in New Berlin will be closed for much of Wednesday as the city's Street Department installs new asphalt, the city announced in a Facebook post. Observatory Road will be closed from 7 a.m.-3 p.m. The roadway will be closed at Racine Avenue, the city said. The detour route is set for Swartz Road, Coffee Road and Woelfel Road, the city said.
