NEW HAVEN, CT —KeyBank announced today that Analisha Gois Michanczyk has been promoted to Corporate Responsibility Officer supporting the Connecticut and Massachusetts market, according to a news release. She also will cover the bank's Hudson Valley/Metro New York market and will oversee KeyBank's community engagement strategy in both markets. This includes Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) compliance and execution of KeyBank's $40 billion National Community Benefits Plan locally. "Analisha is driven by a deep passion for impactful engagement and partnership that results in sustainable, equitable, inclusive and resilient communities," said KeyBank's Commercial Banking Regional Executive, James Barger. "We are fortunate to have her in this role as we continue our long-standing commitment to responsible banking, corporate citizenship and community investment throughout the market." Michanczyk joined KeyBank in 2018 as a Branch Manager and became a Key@Work Relationship Manager in 2019. Prior to joining Key, she spent several years in retail banking management positions with Santander Bank and Farmington Bank. Earlier this year, Michanczyk was promoted to Community and DE&I Relationship Manager, focused on developing new and expanding existing relationships with underserved and diverse populations within the Connecticut, Massachusetts, and Hudson Valley NY markets. In her newest role, she succeeds former KeyBank Corporate Responsibility Officer LaKisha Jordan, who departed the bank in April to pursue an external opportunity. Michanczyk also serves as a Key4Women co-chair for Connecticut and Massachusetts. She graduated from Elms College in Chicopee, MA with dual bachelor's degrees in Business and Marketing.
