SAN RAFAEL, CA — Part of a San Rafael street will be closed for several hours Wednesday morning due to a construction project, city officials said. The partial closure of Fifth Avenue between B and C streets is expected to start at 7 a.m. and will be in place for approximately three to five hours. The closure will allow construction crews to perform work lifting screen walls at 1201 Fifth Avenue. The work is being performed by CSI Construction.
