17-Year-Old Boy Reported Missing In Warminster

WARMINSTER, PA — A 17 year old juvenile has been reported missing from the Valley Youth House in Warminster. According to police, Jayme Medina-Diaz walked away from the facility at approximately 4:30 p.m. on June 18 and has not returned. Medina-Diaz does not speak much English. An employee related that Jayme Medina-Diaz was last seen wearing a white t-shirt with black writing, blue jeans and white sneakers. At the time he left he was wearing large beats style headphones. According to information provided by the Valley Youth House, Jayme Medina-Diaz may be from the Stroudsburg area. Medina-Diaz was entered into the NCIC system as a missing juvenile.
