Here are the top three stories today in and around Buckhead: A naked man who walks down Peachtree Street in Buckhead has inspired the use of strike teams to handle public nuisance issues. Atlanta City Council Member, Keisha Waites, has had conversations with Darin Schierbaum, the interim Atlanta chief, and officials with PAD, the pre-arrest diversion program to come up with solutions, particularly sending counselors and mental health therapists backed up by an officer. "They have agreed to send strike teams to these locations," said Waites. (Fox 5 Atlanta)Atlanta Police Homicide Investigators are asking the public for help in identifying a person of interest who they say was leaving the crime scene of a shooting that left two teens dead at a SW Atlanta apartment complex on Sunday, Jun. 19 at 12:25 p.m. The two teens were found suffering from gunshot wounds at 187 Moury Ave SW. They both died on the scene, despite life-saving efforts. (Fox 5 Atlanta)A break-in was reported on Sunday night at the home of former NBA star and current ESPN analyst Vince Carter. The Atlanta Police Department stated that officers responded to a call from the north Atlanta home just before midnight by a woman at the home.
