We’re an original post-punk band influenced by Joy Division, The Chameleons, The Cure, Spectres, Interpol, looking for a guitarist for recording and live shows.Experienced yet amateur guitarist and drummer looking for other musicians / vocalists for weekend afternoon jam sessions. Genres include classic rock and jazz, blues, R&B, swing. We use IRealPro so everybody’s on the same page (of music). Venue is in the Stella Link/610 area. These sessions are for fun with no professional pretensions. No drugs, alcohol, prima donnas or beginners. You should have your own instruments and equipment. Original Rock Act seeks Lead Singer to complete a great lineup. Music is in the genre of 80's rock. Maiden, Lynch, Dio and others. This is a professional act with shows on the books. Rehearsal, and show logistics covered. To reply the candidate must have links to recordings (not 10 years old,) and recent photos. Must be able to travel. We will be playing small tours in other cities.We are a band (keys, guitar, bass and drums) in need of a front person to cover rock n roll, blues, swing and funk songs from the 60s onward. We actively gig; all gigs are inside the beltway, and are not more frequent than once every other month. We want someone to cover our current catalogue and bring new songs for us to play. All you need is talent, playing an instrument is a plus but not required.. If you are interested, please provide your song list and performance video samples.
