Southern Maine Firewood is seeking a hardworking, reliable applicant to assist in customer deliveries and other duties. Hours of operation are Monday – Friday 7-3:30 with potential for overtime. This is a full time or part time year-round position available immediately that includes competitive pay, paid holidays and bonuses.
Requirements:
• Applicant must have a valid Drivers License
• Atleast 18 years old
• Ability to follow directions and communicate in a clear & concise manner
• Perform manual tasks associated with the specific job
• Must be able to sit and/or stand for up to eight hours per day and effectively climb in and out of machinery
• Ability to lift and carry 50-90 pounds personally, and up to 150 pounds with assistance
• Work is performed outdoors in all weather conditions
