At our company, the Construction Laborer role is key in supporting the project team in ensuring timely and successful completion of our projects. Job Requirements: -Valid California Class C Driver License Required with good driving record. - Must be able to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds - Must be at least 18 years of age - Ability to work independently and complete daily activities according to work schedule - 1 to 3 years experience in construction preferred but not required - Truck and trailer driving experience preferred - Strong customer service skills - Ability to meet attendance schedule with dependability and consistency - Follow best construction building and safety practices on all jobsites - Entry level position, willing to train Key Responsibilities: - Cleaning and debris removal from jobsites - Load/unload trucks and haul/hoist materials - Excavation and trenching work - Set up and take down ladders and other temporary structures - Assist carpenters and other trades - Use of hand/power tools - Delivering materials to jobsites. - Ensuring Truck is in good running order. - Safely operating company truck and equipment. - Picking up materials from suppliers as needed. - Maintaining a good relationship with coworkers and clients Our company promotes from within and believes in mentoring and training our employees.
