16th near Baseline, Phoenix AZ

Description

Hello, this intact male was found at 2am off of 16th street and baseline between the QT and the laundromat. He is not chipped and had a collar on (without tags). He is being taken care of by my friend. Please let me know if you have any info regarding this dog.
