Artists needed for Art Gallery Day exhibition

We are celebrating Art Month by having an Art Gallery Day on Thursday, July 28 from 3:00-6:00 PM! We would like to feature artists of different mediums, such as fine art paintings, landscapes, still life’s, abstracts, ceramics, glass, jewelry, found pieces repurposed…whatever! No size restriction! We are thinking and artist could bring 6-8 pieces of art? Please see attached photos of 3 “walls” we can hang art on either side, and the bistro counter space. We also have round tables in the lobby we can use, plus I have 3-6’ tables we can set up. You could bring easels for the tables. There is NO cost to the artist to display. We are not sure if it will be a sales opportunity, as we would like our residents and a local community to mingle and enjoy the art! But artists should be prepared to either price their items or respond to inquiries. Artists need not be present, but then we would like an inventory list and pricing. Looking at July 25 or 26 to drop off artwork so we can determine how to display. In addition, we will provide artistic culinary treats, wine and sparkling cider, and live music by a piano player. We would prefer that artists be vaccinated. Masks will be required.
