Rehoming 1yr Puppy

Looking to rehome my mom's 1-year-old puppy. Her health is currently declining and that has made it hard for her to care for her in the way that she truly deserves. We were told she's an Italian Greyhound/Rottweiler mix, but we're unsure of that accuracy. She is currently potty pad trained due to my mom's inability to properly take her outside. With some time/effort, she could easily be outside trained. She will need to be leashed when she's outside due to never being loose outside before. She is great with children and other dogs. Not sure about cats as she has never seen one before. She is fully vaccinated, very energetic, loving, and playful. She loves cuddles and toys and would make any family very happy! This is the last thing my mom wanted to do but she understands that Isabel deserves a better life. There is a $50 rehoming fee to ensure she goes to a good home.
