Hello, I know that there are crazy margins in the heating and air business. I am not willing to pay those prices so I am looking for someone who can do the following at a daily rate: Install the condenser on the roof and mount it on a new sheet metal roof platform Install the heater in the attic Install air purifier in the attic Disconnect box and fuses. New copper refrigeration line sets 7/8 and 3/8. AC coil and furnace will be in the attic area. Drain pan and safety switch for the ac coil. Sheet metal plenums for supply and return airflow. TY’s and duct connections. Ductwork R8 flex for all S/A and R/A runs. Custom linear register grills for supply air flow and airboxes. Duct seal. New PVC condensation lines. Run new gas line to the attic for the furnace. Run electrical wires 220V for rooftop ac condenser. Exhaust B-vent pipe. New thermostat HEST and t-stat wires24V. Install new air cleaner / return air filter in the attic in the furnace intake, and UV- light is the supply airflow plenum. Schedule the HERS test / to pass. I need someone who can allow me to buy parts directly from the supply house. Materials will be bought directly and labor charges (daily rate) will be paid in stages by check as various milestones are achieved. Do not write me if you are wanting to charge me one big lump sum for the whole job.
