Job Summary: This individual will have responsibility of performing a variety of tasks, including unloading trucks in preparation for the job site and perform installation duties as assigned by Foreman. Completes work to meet company standards and observe established safety guidelines. •Shift hours 7:00am-3:30pm Mon-Fri with paid overtime as needed •Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Holiday, Sick and Vacation Pay •Locations: San Jose area, Los Angeles area, and San Diego area. Duties/Responsibilities: •Assists skilled workers as assigned. This may include jobs such as demolition, carrying lumber, or construction materials. •Unloads materials that are delivered such as doors and distributes them to appropriate location as identified by supervisor, project plans, or specifications. •Operates a wide variety of hand and power tools. •Motions equipment operator to assist with alignment, movement, or adjustment of machinery, equipment, or materials. •Cleans jobsite at the end of the day, ensuring trash is properly disposed of and materials or equipment are properly stored. •May be required to work some Saturdays when needed. •Performs other related duties as assigned. Physical Requirements: •Must have physical strength, balance, hand-eye coordination, and stamina necessary to complete jobs in various areas. •Must be able to lift and carry minimum 50 pounds and push and/or pull 50-pound loads at a time. •Must be able to work in all weather conditions. •Must be able to stand and walk up to eight hours per day, climb up and down ladders as well as climb multiple sets of stairs while carrying materials.
