We're hiring a full-time driver who’ll be responsible for cleaning bins, operating the truck, maintaining accurate records, and providing excellent customer service. Starting pay range is $18-$20 hourly (based on experience). Driver is eligible for quarterly, performance-based bonuses as well as commission for each new client they sign up. This is a growing business with a lot of opportunity for advancement for a highly motivated, customer obsessed individual. Typical hours are 9am - 6pm / Monday - Saturday. Overtime and working on Holidays may be required as needed. Job Duties Include: - Operate a 16ft. Isuzu truck. Commercial drivers license (CDL) is NOT required. - Minor truck and pressure washing system maintenance. Mechanical experience is not required, but preferred. - Disinfect and deodorize trash bins curbside using a high-tech, patented cleaning system. - Answer customer questions and engage with potential onlookers. - Responsible for daily, weekly, and monthly truck cleaning. - Organize gas receipts and other expenses related to truck operations. - Demonstrate customer obsession. - Other related duties as assigned. Required Qualifications: - Valid, unexpired California drivers license. - Clean driving record. - Clean criminal background check. - Experience in driving a truck over 16K GVWR (CDL not required). - Comfortability with using technology. - Access to reliable transportation. - Ability to work flexible hours and overtime/holidays as needed. - Strong attention to detail. - Three professional references. - Authorized to work in the U.S (no visa sponsorship available at this time). Preferred Qualifications: - Pressure washing experience. - 2+ years of customer service experience. - 2+ years of professional, mechanical driving experience. - Multilingual is a plus.
