Spooky, fun, radazz rock band looking for drummer

Description

Your Friends in Hell are a spooky kind-of punk kind-of rock sort-of sea shanty rock band with a practice space in Brighton. We are currently a guitarist/ singer, a bassist, an accordion/ Glock player (yep, an accordion), and we are looking for a new drummer. We have a current drummer but he is stepping away for personal reasons. We're a new band, but we've had some great momentum as of late and we would like to keep that rolling. We've played shows at The Jungle in Somerville and The Midway in JP, as well as Square Root, the News Cafe in Pawtucket, and a few other random spots. Our proudest shows were at The Rockwell in Somerville where we created multimedia entertainment experiences with burlesque performers, professional haunters, and Bigfoot. We're ambitious, but accessible. We're not looking for professional and top notch drummers (well I mean, that would rule if you were) so much as we're looking for fun, friendly, ambitious people. Newer drummers are welcome to apply. Open to any age over 21. You should have your own gear (though we have some in the practice space that we share that you can borrow). You would be required to share in our theatrics, including wearing spooky but casual clothes and wearing eye makeup (just...I'll explain later) and we practice once a week. But you don't have to do anything over the top, don't worry. It's generally our goal to take any show we can get so we are looking for people who are dying to get on stage. It's in our philosophy to be friendly to other performers, promoters, venue operators, and viewers. We're trying to brake the mold of jerk musicians by putting fun first, making friends with other bands, and building community. We have very few recordings (we're working on it) but you can see some rad videos of our recent performances on our YouTube or Instagram. I can send links if you send a message! Curious? Send me a message.
