Description

General upkeep of Community Clubhouse and grounds. Duties such as cleaning, painting, landscaping, repairs, inventory, etc. Minor plumbing skills required (ie. changing a sprinkler head, unclogging drains, fixing minor leaks). Must have skills working with cement and asphalt for Park repairs. Must have knowledge of power tools and landscaping equipment as well as the servicing of such items. Handyman skills and prior handyman experience a must. Must have an eye to recognize repairs and potential concerns.
