We took in a sun conure that was being neglected. She has plucked most of her feathers. She has been confined to her cage for three years… I knew conures were loud but my neighbors aren’t happy.. she can be loud if the is in her cage. So I may need to re home her. I will be very picky. Her fee is $200 or trade for another breed of bird. You must have a cage. Or I have one for sale. Text only
