We are looking for Landscape Maintenance Crew Leaders to join our team! The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years' experience in landscape maintenance with good attention to detail, a willingness to learn, the ability to work as a team, and a great attitude! Responsibilities for this position will include operating landscape maintenance equipment, including but not limited to: - string trimmer - stick edger - blower - walk behind mower - riding mower - standers - chemical sprayers This team member will also perform landscape maintenance & specialty job functions on commercial properties, including but not limited to: - mowing - turf fertilization - aeration, seed & fertilizer - shrub & tree pruning - leaf removal - mulch, pine straw & wheat straw application - floriculture installation & maintenance - miscellaneous job functions Team members must also: - be qualified to train crew members on how to perform all job functions - be consistent at producing high levels of quality and production - display positive leadership skills - communicate in English - demonstrate verbal & written communication skills - have the ability to manage crew - have the ability to follow instructions and complete tasks - maintain a valid NC driver's license All employment offers will be contingent upon motor vehicle report, criminal background check, drug screening, and E-verify verification.
