Stolen Chihuahua now in KC

Tinkerbell is my now 13 year old chihuahua that was stolen and ended up at a shelter in Kansas City. She has since been adopted and I am trying to contact the person who has her. If you know the person who has her or see them please tell them Tink's owner is ALIVE and looking for her and give them my number. The first picture is the most recent I have of Tink at home. She is now blind so her eyes look different. The next is a picture I found of her on the shelter's Facebook that I added two pictures of her to for comparison. The last two are posts by the person who adopted her. If you have any advice about this situation I would greatly appreciate it.
