I own several businesses and rental properties from Brockton to Central Falls to Milford. There is always something that needs attention. You must have a valid MA driver's license and a dependable vehicle. You must have at least basic tools and have experience using them. You must be dependable and sober. You must have basic skills in repairs and painting, and know how to use u-tube to figure out what you don't how to do. Mon - Fri, with occasional emergency work on weekends.
