As we enter 2021, we have the opprotunity to reflect, cultivate our learnings, let go of the past and and refine our lives where it seems fit to make 2021 a year of liberation. Take some time to nourish your body's systems by joining Dariel Martinez and Gina Marie, in an evening of Breathwork, Sound healing, and Reiki. These tools will support in clearing the mind, body, and soul to harness peace, clarity, and an open heart to propel you forward in the new year. *Bring a yoga mat, pillow, blanket, water, open heart and mind ready to recieve.
