(Winsome Wood), a national distributor of lifestyle furniture and housewares product located in Woodinville, WA has full-time Warehouse Assistant / Product Assistant position opens with benefits. POSITION SUMMARY Primary duties involve assisting Quality Manager in sampling, assessing, verifying that products meet set specifications and standards. Keeps proper documentations. Report product assessment results. Communicate problems with vendors. Assist in other related duties. Reports to Quality Manager. PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Help in products assessment. • Ensure products meet set physical specifications and standards. • Prepare reports, documentations, and email communications. • Physically retrieve products and return inspected product back to warehouse unassisted. • Other related tasks as needed. REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES Candidate must possess all qualities below to be successful in this position. • Have keen eye for details. • Good written and verbal communication skills. • Good problem solving skills. • Good interpersonal skills and positive work attitudes. • Well organized. • Able to work independently and as an effective team member. • Able to work without supervision. • Able to routinely lift product unassisted up to 40 lbs. EDUCATION AND JOB REQUIREMENTS • High school diploma or equivalent. • Typing skills. • Prior warehouse or office work experience helpful. • We will provide on the job training. SALARY • $19.00 per hour with benefits. • Full-time position. • Benefits include medical and dental insurance, holiday pay, sick pay, vacation pay, 401k.
