REQUIREMENTS: ~Reliable Transportation, Proficient in English and Spanish, Must be able to work OT and Occasional weekends, ability to lift 50lbs and have stamina to work long hours on your feet, should be able to stoop, kneel, crouch, and work from a ladder. DUTIES: ~Supervise & coordinate daily tasks according to priorities and plans. ~As well as making changes when necessary due to weather, supplies and personnel. ~Delegating tasks to employees and contractors. ~Attend job site meetings. Write work order tickets and track work preformed. ~Managing and mentoring employees and contractors. ~Utilization and knowledge of special equipment. ~Emphasizing the safe use of tools, machinery and equipment while providing training on safety gear, helmets and procedures. ~Ensure high safety standards are met and sustained. ~Resolving conflicts or miscommunications quickly and amicably. ~Regular reporting project status to supervisors, general contractors and other officials. ~Assist in painting small areas and necessary touch ups.
