adult male dog, neutured, needs new home asap

Franks- boxer, lab mix, about 100-110# beauty w/ good manners. He's about 5 yrs old and came w/ the house when ex-spouse moved out but was adopted and brought there at 12 weeks. His two house mates died last summer and he's lonely and did not socialize w/ any other animals besides them and one fat cat. He's great w/ kids and grew up w/ infants and toddlers from the time he came home w/ us. His prey instinct is too high toward other animals and should avoid them for now, but could certainly be trained to be a hunting dog or companion and play better w/ others. Shots are several months old and he's had visits to the vet and well care checks. He needs a new home to roam and be loved on and further training to be better behaved. He's very sweet and listens, well, and I do not want to re-home him but it's taking too much time w/ two working parents to keep him occupied and he deserves better. He walks on a leash well and enjoys being outside w/ some room to run as area permits. $200 fee is to ensure someone is invested in taking him to their home; includes food, toys, supplies, etc that w have on h hand. Again, great companion but should be the only animal in the house until better trained to be around others; great w/ kids and babies.
