She was not entering a house she was entering public property. She was entering illegally. Her mob friends were armed. A baseball bat is armament. I don't recall whether Babbitt was armed or not, but she was definitely breaking and entering. Stupid Trump said she was shot thru the head. The shooting was deemed "lawful and within Department policy"
