I have a small demo job that needs to be done carefully. Remove the box built around my water heater (2x4s, drywall, and tile) without damaging the water heater or anything structural around it (surrounding tile is fair game). My guess is it would take 30 minutes for someone with experience. Willing to pay extra if you can take the debris away but otherwise it can go to a pile in my back yard.
