Drywall studio - taping and mudding

I have studio 19x14 where the drywall needs to be finished. Some taping, mostly mudding. Smooth finish preferred, but without major sanding (sponge when wet). Please respond only if you know how to handle drywall knife and mud. I might have more work in the future. Start immediately.
