Iowa Staffing is seeking qualified candidates for a Warehouse Lead position for a manufacturing company. The job will involve working on the line but will also entail supervision of other employees, assigning tasks, ensuring work-flow is efficient, assist coworkers to ensure production needs are met, operating forklifts and various machines. Pay will be $18.00 – $22.00 / hour based on experience and interview. The hours are from 8 am - 4:30 pm. Below are the requirements: - Must have 1+ year of supervisor / managerial experience in a manufacturing environment. - Must have good communication skills both verbal and written - Must have a professional demeanor and good problem-solving skills - Ability to lift 50 pounds on occasion - Must have 2-3 years of verifiable, recent forklift experience - Must provide a pair of Steel toe boots - Must have own transportation to Grimes, Iowa To apply please stop by our office between the hours of 8:00 am-11:00 am or 1:00 pm-4:00 pm.
