Seeking a part-time property maintenance technician to assist in the maintenance needs of several multi-unit properties located in St. Albans, Swanton, Colchester, and occasionally Rouses Point NY. This position is very flexible, and can be a good gig for someone looking for extra income. Candidate can design and plan their schedule. Basic knowledge of home maintenance required. Basic plumbing experience a plus! Weekly tasks include: -Mowing -Overseeing buildings and maintenance As needed repairs include: -Diagnosing problems with appliances and facilitate their prompt repairs -Repairs on minor problems such as door knobs, clogged toilets, etc. -Clean and prepare vacated units, getting them ready for new occupants to move in. Larger projects include: -Repairing and repainting decks -Power washing buildings -Installing new flooring -Repainting trim -Building storage lockers Must be able to maintain open communication with property manager and owner.
