We are looking for an experienced HVAC Installation Helper to join our team! Sunrise Comfort Solutions is looking for installation assistants capable of installing any type of HVAC system from heat pumps to boilers. The following outlines the core responsibilities and requirements: Responsibilities: • Assist in installing new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems • Document equipment information and installation images • Perform system start-ups and customer on-boarding for system installations • Attend weekly technical training to improve operational knowledge • Attend certification trainings as defined by the company • Adhere to all safety policies and procedures Qualifications: • Previous experience in HVAC or other related fields (Plumbing or Electrical) • Familiarity with HVAC wiring diagrams • EPA Certification • Ability to handle physical workload • Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills • Desire to want to learn and progress • Attention to detail • Applicant must submit to a background check
