Judd BUILDERS is currently looking for a Warranty Technician for the greater Philadelphia area. This position is responsible for working directly with the home owners and managers to repair any deficiency found during and after closing follow up. This is a hands on job requiring you to perform hands on labor and carpentry duties. This position requires travel to multiple sites in Bucks and Montgomery Counties. The requirements for the role are a minimum of 3 years with a home builder as a service Technician or extensive handyman experience for new homes. Strong understanding of the residential building process. Experiences with dry walling, taping, painting, trim work and general repair of interior finishes for new homes. • Must have knowledge of carpentry, including but not limited to residential framing, drywall, suspended ceiling, and taping • Must have knowledge of safe operation of basic hand and power tools • Must have knowledge of workplace safety procedures • Good client and customer interaction skills • Effective listening and communication skills • Good time management and organizational skills • Ability to read plans and specifications • Must have own hand tools • Must have valid driver’s license Qualified candidates should send resume to in order to be considered.
