Rehoming a German Shepherd

I need to rehome this German shepherd. We found her at a dog park and unfortunately can't keep her. She isnt spayed, but all shots are up to date and microchipped. Vets think she is about 5 months old. When we got her she had intestinal worms and a really bad respiratory infection. Just asking for a rehoming fee to cover vet costs. She is very playful and sweet. Definitely has puppy energy.
