Responsibilities * Safely move/pack/unpack customer’s belongings by utilizing all of the proper moving equipment and techniques, and following the necessary prescribed policies * In conversation with our prospective customers, you’ll be our advocate * Assist driver in maneuvering the truck while backing up, narrow spaces, low clearance or other situations that require assistance to safely operate the truck by spotting * Assist our drivers with organizing and securing truck at the end of each job * Contribute to a team effort by accomplishing related results as needed * Participate in ongoing training and development * All other duties as assigned For your safety, keep in mind a mover will lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted, and with your team lift items over 50 lbs. Movers will also utilize equipment for lifting such as carts and dollies.
