Kelly Services is seeking an experienced Machine Builder / Assembly Workers in Colorado Springs, CO. The Assembly workers will perform repetitive plumbing and mechanical assembly or simple electro mechanical assembly involving sensitive or precise dexterous movements to maintain pace and quality of assembly work. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS Receives components or items for assembly and/or test in programmed sequence Assembles mechanical or electrical components by means of sensitive hand and equipment coordination Assembles all variations of in-house standard products Follows assembly/test instructions, e.g. color code, pvc solvent welding and thread taping. Uses simple hand or power tools along with uncomplicated jigs and fixtures Enter work hours in ERP system (Currently SAP) Drives continuous improvement process and conducts daily housekeeping/5S audits to ensure continuous improvement activities. Reads and interprets blueprints Maintains equipment and area in a clean safe condition POSITION REQUIREMENTS Required: High School Diploma or equivalent Minimum 2 years of relevant experience required Ability to read and interpret blueprints Proficient in the use of hand tools Shifts: Monday-Friday 2nd Shift – 2:00 pm to 10:30 pm $18-$22/hr Please respond with your name, contact number and resume for consideration.
