Hey! My name is Meghan and I am currently looking for a Part/Full Time nanny position, as well occasional babysitting jobs. I have my Bachelors of Science in Childhood Education and I am pursuing my Masters in Literacy. I have years of experience that include : local neighborhood babysitter, camp counselor, full time nanny (for 2 different families), fieldwork and Student Teaching, Westchester NY Kindergarten and First grade teacher, as well as a NYC Private school teacher from September 2009 until June 2015. From July of 2015 until August 2016 I relocated with a former student' s High Profile/Confidential family to Miami Florida. There I worked as the Nanny/Private teacher for their 3 children ( 7, 3 and 3 months). I also traveled internationally(living in Germany for months at a time, as well as domestic travel to NYC very frequently, Colorado, and a few other US states, with the family as needed. From 2016 to June 2021 I worked as a Director and Lead Teacher of a Philadelphia PHL PreK, for the past school year I was a teacher in a Philadelphia Charter School, teaching grades K through 8th. I have been fingerprinted by NYS as well as NYC, fingerprinted by Pennsylvania, fingerprinted and checked by the FBI, and had a Pennsylvania State Police background check for past teaching positions.
